With the wash applied now it's time to add some decoration to the base. In this case I opted not to use any flocking for grass but rather just go with a light coarse ballast since this is a creature I couldn't imagine being above ground. To attach the ballast ,or any decorations for that matter, I use just plain school glue. A few drops spread on with an old brush will do the trick.
