they all have pressure switches hidden in the ground, you wont know if you step on them until you hear an alarm sound. four traps this is what they are: Chopper, the retriever, quicksand, and nova gas!

alpha's keen sense of smell detects each trap one by one and his strength and cunning allow him to disarm and outrun anything the traps can throw at him

If you can fisable the pressure switches, it will disable the whole trap.
