A device that uses her thoughts as control inputs for the various games she plays. All she has to do is think of the specific inputs and they'll be exactly what happens in the game she's currently playing. This was made by an intelligent scientist who harmlessly uses her as a Pokemon test subject for it. Currently, it is working very well with Tosha as she plays PC games like Team Fortress 2, Sven Co-op Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombies, and For Honor, and the scientist is currently working on a variant that can work with video game consoles.
