I'm not trying to poke fun or act ignorantly, but this is the first type of this thing I've ever seen and I'm so curious.

Yes, it's a suit. I can breathe through a rubber tube in my mouth that connects with the nostrils of the fox. There is a zipper in the back.
We usually use measuring tape. Latex is stretchy, so the measurements do not have to be perfect.
The head and the tail of this suit are inflatable. The body is skintight. I have other suits with inflatable bodies.
