This is my super villain character, who is probably going to be my "main" OC from here on out.

British paleontologist Dr. Theodore Kaiser was researching ways to clone extinct dinosaur species from perfectly preserved DNA samples for the purposes of advancing mankind's knowledge about dinosaur biology and behavioral patterns, but he was met with failure after failure in his experiments until he decided to use himself as a test subject by injecting himself with the mutagen he developed alongside some preserved T-Rex DNA. The splicing process transformed him into an obese, super-strong, nigh-invulnerable 13-foot tall humanoid tyrannosaurus rex with a ravenous appetite for flesh. The somber knowledge that his former life as a human scientist was pretty much over soon gave way to elation at what he had become (as dinosaurs were a lifelong passion) as he grabbed whatever notes he could and fell off the radar. Years later, he resurfaced as the undisputed ruler and apex predator of an uncharted island inhabited by dinosaurs (along with tribes of primitive humans that he lords over), with megalomaniacal goals, now going by Imperius Rex. With his army of dinosaurs, he became one of the world's most notorious super villains, infamous for his schemes of attempting to, more than once, take over the world. He has even been a founding member a group consisting of the world's most dangerous super villains. One particular battle saw him graphically devour multiple superheroes on camera, cementing him as a threat that is not under any circumstances to be trifled with.

In addition to being monstrously strong, nigh-invulnerable, and having an acute sense of smell, the brilliant scientific mind of Dr. Theodore Kaiser still remains, but his priorities have long since been shifted to attempting to conquer humanity instead of contributing to it.
