Visual evidence has concluded that Noro has in fact been infected with some strain of the Chimera affliction. As few reports would state, his eyes are likely to shift or "mutate" in a manner similar to the only other two survivors of late stage affliction when the Black Substance (Also known as Galoa) within their bodies begins to propagate. Unlike one of the aforementioned subjects, his outer mutations seem to only be linked to the horns portruding from his skull.
