SO, I'm baking again, and this is the latest result. An Orange cake! Yeah, it looks more yellow than anything, but it was made with fresh squeezed oranges and freshly-scraped zest. The recipe is below- I claim no copyright to the recipe, just to the results... Not that there's any left. :)

The orange cake was excellent, I think. I made the lemon cake last night, and I think that... Well, it's cake, but I don't think I'm happy with how it came out. We'll see how it tastes. I may try sort-of combining the recipes- mostly the orange cake recipe, with lemon instead of the orange, and see how that works out.
