flblah... I putzed with this stinkin palette all day... its close to where I was going.... but something still looks off to my eye, but I am done looking at this for now... maybe if I figure out what looks off to me I'll get back to it... I did decide to change and add a few things... got rid of the hooves... not really conducive to swimming, added the fin lower on the tail...

Yeah, I reeeeeaally liked the hooves, they didn't look so bad, but just not appropriate for this type of character. Not really sure what kind of animal those type of cone-like claws are supposed to come from, but they seemed easier to swim with... if anything at least more fitting. 83
