Disney has politisized, milked, and perverted my childhood for the sake of pushing leftist and feminazi propaganda.
Retaliation in some forms is needed, whether by boycott, information campaign, or another way, it is needed.
Star wars made me the person I am today, they have taken who I am and turned it into the very image of what is wrong with people and the U.S., my homeland. Men are persecuted publicly, whites are assaulted in the streets, and immigrants, both legal and illegal have taken massive areas of beautiful land and occupied it and burned It. Texas has the fear of malitias going to war, that is how bad it'd gotten.

Your childhood? My friend, Star Wars is just a consumer product, nothing more! I understand that you have positive memories, but these memories are more connected with the adventurous feeling you yourself have felt! You have never actually met Harrison Ford or Mark Hamill. I was once a bit like you. I realized as I got older, that buying and consuming random junk doesn't make me any happier. I'd order it, feel good, and then feel indifferent when it arrives at my house. I also was spending time looking for ways to blow money when doing anything else would have been a much better use of my time. Just take a look at the Star Wars fandom: these people use the media they consume as a substitute for an actual personality. They define themselves with what they like rather than what they ARE like.
I will give you the very best advice you will ever get: abandon consumerism, find a religion or philosophy which you can live after and get a girl and have kids. Every religion I have ever come across was superior to the shallow, empty existence of the modern consumerists. Keep your old Star Wars stuff but do not buy new stuff. Cherish the old memories and reject the new crap. That is how you will get happy. Anyway, take care and may you find your path in this dark age!

Star Wars is not just a product sir. My very personality formed within the Star Wars "product" and the other stories within a living, thriving, loving community where everyone could contribute to the saga freely and openly. The characters in the stories are the very building blocks of my mind, Luke's hope, Han's recklessness, Fett's practicality, and the Mandalorian honor and duty. My entire life is made from the mold of the Star Wars Saga, so it is me. I am part of star wars as much as anyone else who loves the story. Perhaps more in some ways, but what my point is, star wars is not just a product of consumerism. As for the family and religion, Mandalorian. I openly admit that I am obsessed with the mandalorian culture and for good reason. They have farms that have stood unchanged for thousands of years in the plot next to a corporate headquarters of a galactic market and workshop. The Mandalorian culture is one of equality, no man or woman is alone, nobody cares who you were before you embraces the culture, just who you are now..
My friend, Star Wars is based upon our mythologies and old stories. This is the reason why you like it. George Lucas mixed the stories of our ancestors with futuristic technology. Star Wars connects you with a world our ancestors lived and breathed in. Knights, swords and honor based warrior cultures all did exist. The Mandalorians themselves are based on Celtic warriors (http://www.karentraviss.com/page22/.....lorians_o.html) who did exist in real life and maybe you carry even their blood. I can understand your love for the old Expanded Universe, but it is utterly dead and will never return. It can just live on within your heart and memories.
Disney hates fans like you. They see you as a consumer on a leash who just waits to be milked at best. At worst, they see an object which is to be utterly despised in you. This is the harsh und uncomfortable truth. Listen to me, Brother. I know what I am talking about and I am not here to sell you something. I am just telling you that it is not wise to base your entire life on a consumer product which is owned by a gigantic, monolithic corporation. Take pride in who you really are. No, do misunderstand me. I do not try to talk you out of loving the old Star Wars you admire so much, I simply want to point out that Star Wars has roots in our actual world. Read the Bible, study history or read the Greek stories of old. You will be surprised how many elements you loved about Star Wars you will find there (I am talking from experience).
I realized as I got older (I am not a teenager anymore), that buying random junk doesn't make me any happier. I'd order it, feel good, and then feel indifferent when it arrives at my house. I also was spending time looking for ways to blow money when doing anything else would of been better use of my time. I went in another direction and have become very devout man since. I have made myself familiar with my culture and my faith again. I have started to practice the rituals and traditions of my ancestors. This is infinitely better than any Hollywood franchise, believe me. You will even find what you loved so much about Star Wars in its purest form again. Anyway, take care and save your money. Hard times are ahead, Brother!

You can even read the book which inspired George Lucas to create Star Wars here (http://www.rosenfels.org/Joseph%20C.....%282004%29.pdf). Anyway, take care!
It’s easy: you French guys always talk in a passive aggressive and demeaning tone while pretending to be superior to everybody else. You also whine a lot. You are basically mean-spirited teenage girls in male bodies. Nobody else on planet Earth acts like this. It’s pretty easy to spot.
Do you know that even the name "Kylo Ren" was stolen from an older property? There is a cartoon show called "Droids" from the 1980s which featured a bad guy named "Kybo Ren". I should also mention that Rey was copied from the character Kia. The original name of Rey was even supposed to be "Kiera". So much facepalm. Jar Jar Abrams is really the supreme master of non-creativity. Like seriously, did this dude have a single creative idea in his whole life? I don’t think so.
By the way, what are you planning to do in the future? I see a bleak future for Star Wars fans. I personally have given up on Star Wars and I was a die-hard fan as a teenager.

Yeah, he sucks. He is a wannabe-Spielberg. It is rather remarkable, when you think about it. Abrams is no different than Michael Bay is no different than Uwe Boll. They are not only "creators" who cannot create, they are parasites who, regardless of their technical skills, cannot even successfully execute a paint-by-the-numbers imitation. Like a colorblind painter, their creative blindness renders them fundamentally incapable of utilizing a full color palette. They are useless.
Anyway, what are your plans with regards for the fandom in the foreseeable future? Are you trying to block the new stuff out like Matt Wilkins from YouTube? Or are you getting in the offense like the fandom menace?

Sexism? No, disgust at a Mary sue and the possibility vice admiral with no uniform, purple hair, and the definition of zero understanding of how to keep up the spirits of their crew, let alone run a ducking ship. Vice admiral twatnugget.
I have reasons for saying things.
I have reasons for saying things.
Also doesn't help that the entiretyof the new movies is "hope", FN2187 was giving hope when he did the suicide run before fat Asian botch blindside him with the stereotype of bad Asian women driving, and then promptly kisses him and passes out. Leaving an injured and exhausted black man to drag her fat as across a gigantic white field where he stands out like a strobe light in a pitch black room to get shot.
The entire series under Disney is shitty leftist propaganda.

The Romans certainly knew what they were doing civilization wise, and art wise I must say. And as for Caligula, yeah, frenchie isn't the best I've met. Reminds me of the siege scene from Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail. "I FART IN YOUR GENERAL DIRECTION!!"
And:
Behold; the great Political Correctness that shall tear down nations and Herald the end of freedoms and rights!
Yeah, PC culture and all that is shit.

You are right, PeekabooAnubis has impressed me with his skills as well. He found out where Caligula was from by simply analyzing some small clues. I also agree that PC culture is utterly evil. It is a totalitarian system of thought and speech control. It reminds me of the "speech codes" from the former Eastern Block states. Star Wars is fallen. The parasites have infested it and killed it.
Hi Galen!
Have you heard the good news? George Lucas hates Disney Star Wars as well, we are not alone!

Minimizing engagement and voting with your wallet are the two most important points. The evil power of the Devil Mouse would be significantly reduced if idiot consumers and braindead fans would simply stop going to Disneyland and buying tickets to Disney-produced movies. Hollywood would be significantly less able to influence minds all over the planet if the people it hates would stop paying for its increasingly horrendous products.
No wonder they harbor such contempt for the men and women of the West. Far too many of us not only materially support, but actually pride ourselves on, destroying our own interests and our own societies.

I think the situation isn’t all that bad, because it means that there is a tremendous opportunity out there for those of us who are creating alternatives. If you look at what has been done with Galaxy's Edge (I am talking about the book, not the Disney park attraction), if you look at what we are in the process of doing with Faraway Wars, if you look at a lot of the other stuff that people are doing in a similar vein (like Warhammer 40K), this is an excellent opportunity for the Star Wars fans to find better and more worthy alternatives because it is now very, very clear that Disney is not going to fix what they broke. This is your opportunity to create your very own universe and your very own version of the Mandalorians!
No. The new material is extremely pathetic and politicized.
Compare scenes to the OT
Big ship opening scene with SD
Vader entering-Darth emo and the shuttle
Captain Antilles execution-unimportant geezer
Etc
Plus in the newer one you've got the fat Asian bitch tboning fn2187 at 200mph to 'save and love' him and in the process nearly killing him, stopping him from saving everyone, and making him drag her lump ass across an open bright white salt flat during an active battle that is a straight ripoff of Echo Base on Hoth.
At the beginning of that movie you've got the definition of Mary sue and the dark empire comic plot, and no original stuff AT ALL.

I see. I have never been a big fan of Star Wars, but I understand what you mean. The original movies were something new and creative when they came out. The new stuff looks boring. Anyway, I have read some of the comments on this page and your Iranian (?) friend has made some good points. What do you think?
I would see the situation as a golden opportunity: the whole mindless, consumeristic fan culture of Star Wars fans is a negative thing in my view. You are a good looking young man. Start working out, read about history and get in touch with culture. Star Wars – at the end of the day – is just another consumer product owned by a giant corporation. It’s just a merchandising brand, nothing more. You pay money to get a product. This brand has unfortunately become an ersatz-religion for many. Just look how bizarre people react when it comes to these movies: they actually feel as if they are in a relationship with these film characters. I heard people crying when Han Solo died during TFA. It is really highly unhealthy to have more compassion for fictional characters than for real persons.
I am not saying that you should hate Star Wars or abandon it completely, just that you should try some other things as well. Consumerism is unhealthy, my friend. It can never satisfy people. This is one of the reasons why so many Star Wars fans have always been miserable. Even before they could blame all of this on the prequels.

Then you should watch "Solaris" (1970). It is a movie from the Soviet Union, but it does not feature any politics. It instead deals with alien life and the communication problems which would arise. Some people think that it is a bit boring and dry, so maybe watch the trailer first to see if this is a movie for you. I would also recommend "Enthiran", which is an over-the-top awesome Indian sci-fi movie. If you are more into classic space operas, check out "Flash Gordon" from 1980 (the old Flash Gordon comics inspired George Lucas to create "Star Wars" in the first place) and "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets", which is a European space opera movie. I would also recommend "Krull" from 1983, "Forbidden Planet" from 1956, "RoboCop" from 1987 (for the love of God, please do not watch the horrible remake from 2014!). If you want to watch a sci-fi show which is similar to Star Wars, check out the old "Battlestar Galactica" and "Buck Rogers" tv series from the 1970s!
If you love fantasy movies, watch “The Dark Crystal”, “Labyrinth” (with David Bowie), and “The Never ending Story”, “Willow” (which was made by George Lucas) and the “Conan the Barbarian” movies with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Maybe you would also enjoy all of the classic Ray Harryhausen movies like "Sindbad", "Jason and the Argonauts" and "Clash of Titans", which are filled with awesome action and fantastic creatures. All of these movies are politically neutral as far as I know. Also, check out the George Pal classics! I envy you. You now have the chance to get to know all of these amazing classic movies for the first time!

Oh, I almost forgot this: I have a link for you for a sci-fi movie which was done by a fellow big Mandalorian fan! You can watch the movie for free on YouTube:

The aliens even wear armor which looks quite similar to Mandalorian armor.

Yeah, Republic Commando rocks! I love it!
Sounds like there are a ton of great Star Wars games which you have not played yet. Dude, I am so happy for you! There is a ton of awesome stuff waiting for you! I wish I were in your shoes! I still cherish my childhood memories of "Jedi Knight" and "Shadows of the Empire"!

I would recommend "Rogue Squadron", "Tie Fighter", "Rebel Assault" and "Episode I Racer". "LEGO Star Wars" is great as well! Also, SigmundRingeck1438 is right: the "Jedi Knight" games are probably the most immersive "Star Wars" games ever made! They reall make you feel like a Jedi and "Jedi Academy" gives you the chance to create your very own Jedi! You can also travel aeound the galaxy and visit EU places like Byss, Korriban and Tatooine!
Don't worry, Miiko. I am pretty sure that Galen is a devout believer in Jediism!

What? This isn't true my good man! Miiko and you quite clearly share the same interests. There are more girls like her. You are a bit shy, I get it. But you are talking like you are the hunchback of Notre Dame! You are a good looking dude, pal. Just start working out and you will get tons of girs!
Hey dude! Have you seen the trailer for "Rise of Skywalker"? What do you think? I think it looks like total ass cancer! They even had to bring back Palps! Can you believe this? The man fell into the main reactor and the death star blew up and he still survived! But luke dies from a phone call. Now this is really retarded!
Have you seen
chinookorca? He does a lot of journals about Disney fuckery

I agree, but I think that nerd culture went down in the last few years. They just endlessly complain in these dayw, but still fund the devil mouse. Do you know RedLetterMedia? They did a genius satire:

Neanderthal? Why do is your self-esteem so low? You are a cute boy! Do you really think that you are deformed or ugly? Because you are neither!
You know what turns us girls on when it comes to boys? We like self-confidence and dominance in men! Forget your American movies are wrong. They show feminine men which no women would ever find sexy (as far as personalities go). Women find John Wayne attractive, not Neil Patrick Harris, even though that American tv show want to sell the viewers the idea that the latter is a modern Casanova.

I think so, I'm not too knowledgeable of the ancient samara and boshido but I do like their commitment to fighting fair (-ish) and their mando'karla, warriors heart. The codes of honor they follow hold many similarities to my personal code as well, defend yours and be civil mostly.
Aye. I don't remember if I posted it or not but I have screen shot of an image from the fo4 trailer/promo with the captions going something like
"the year is 2024, the cash money bitch is president, there are 915,850 genders, and I am the last straight male on earth, this is my story."
"the year is 2024, the cash money bitch is president, there are 915,850 genders, and I am the last straight male on earth, this is my story."
Yo Galen! What do you think about the new show by Jon Favreau? "The Mandalorian"? I wish I could be optimistic, but it is probably going to suck. The has been nothing released under the "Disney Star Wars" brand which I foud even remotely interesting. Even "Rogue One" was crap.
I'm hopeful but not sure excited. Ni cuyir Mando. They'd better get down and dirty with the storytelling and give complete creative freedom top the show like the clone wars had. That was what made great. If that makes no Geetsly's on Google censorship hub did a video on why Rebels sicker as and TCW was awesome
Good point. I have to be honest: my hopes are zero. The show is probably about some really heavy handed preaching. I have no idea how they got Werner Herzog to star in this show. Do you think that they blackmailed him? I find Totally-Not-Boba Fett and Totally-Not-IG88 more depressing than anything else. They have to avoid stuff from the OT or Papa George gets a fat paycheck.
Anyway, have you taken a look at some of the classic Star Wars games on Steam? What do you think?

Yes. They are super awesome! I love Tie Fighter! My Dad gave me his old copy! Good old Grand Admiral Thrawn even shows up in the game! Rogue Squadron is freaking amazing as well! I have just seen that they have even released "Galactic Battlegrounds" on Steam. Talk about awesome! This is amazing! Well, at least we still have the old EU, right? There are also a ton of great Star Wars comics worth reading.
You can read them for free:

If not, you can read it here:

Can you imagine how good a movei based on Dark Empire would have been been? Instead with got this miserable piece of crap TFA. Abrams apparently is going to steal stuff from Dark Empire for the new garbage which comes out in december.

Don't worry, Galen. They will kill themselves. They already destroyed one of the most profitable brands in existence. Give them another ten years and they will have killed off both Marvel and the now newly acquired 20th Century properties as well. The devil mouse will drown itself. Anyway, have you checked out some of the movies which were recommended to you? Did you like some of them?

Aye vod. The sad thing is the "new trilogy" is practically a scene for scene copy. The entrance of Vader's Fist aboard the Tantive IV- Higgins boats in space with wannabe stormtroopers, Vader walking in, whiny butch walking off the shuttle, Vader killing Captain Antilles- bitchboy chopping the random geezer etc
My ideas of what a person should be came from a combination of both the Rebellion and the Empire. The idea of a strong military might, dedication, unwavering loyalty to each other and the cause, and teamwork all key parts of what I believe in and try to be or support all came from the original trilogy. Brotherhood, unity, strength in each other, prahmatism, and strength and cunning all came from the prequels and clone wars show.
And the very core of who i am, loyalty, dedication, and my motto all came from Mandaorian culture (EU) and the clone commando material by Karen Traviss. These shaped who I am as a person and showed me the apex of what humans should be. The six tenets of the Mand'alor sum up a lot of me as a person and my beliefs.
Armor, language, defense, lineage, clan, and the call of the mand'alor

Here's why you can't exterminate us, aruetii. We're not huddled in one place—we span the galaxy. We need no lords or leaders—so you can't destroy our command. We can live without technology—so we can fight with our bare hands. We have no species or bloodline—so we can rebuild our ranks with others who want to join us. We're more than just a people or an army, aruetii. We're a culture. We're an idea. And you can't kill ideas—but we certainly can kill you.
Pretty simple and effective

It's okay. The original Mando bade was certainly what I'd expect, hidden, one entrance, long kill corridor, and a simple and ready forge in the back. The scenes of the imp outpost attack were okay and baby Yoda is... interesting.
As for my health, I am doing fine, my guinea pig had a corneal ulcer and had to have his eye removed but he is seeming to be recovering okay wnough. FA administration took down the image though because it had a bit of dried blood on his stitching

Kerubo is right, I too, noticed similarities between stoic philosophy and Mandalorians. The warrior concepts of both are clearly identical. The armor of the Mandalorians was apparently also inspired by Spartan helmets as well. Very nice. It was really kind of her to send you all of these links. Now you can read and/or listen to the philosophy which gave birth to the Mandalorians!
I would definitely recommend “Constitution of the Lacedaemonians” by Xenophon to you as well.

You will be surprised how much of the Mandalorian culture actually did and does exist in the real world!
