The heroes arrive on the scene!
Part of designing the heroes outfits was making sure they made sense for the character and that they were cohesive as a team. Cool thing about the characters is that they're teens, they don't have access to really elaborate costumes (At least not at the beginning of the story)

So, apart from the Riot gear Crow sports (On the far right), everything they wear is magpied together. Later in the story, as they become more established and the world recognizes them, some of the characters do 'upgrade'.
