So I've been trying to come up with ways to make Lahr more unique and I recently hit on the idea that since it was a suspiciously defective fire stone that gave him his size shifting abilities, maybe the other stones and such do interesting things to him too.

What we have here is that he just happened to bump into a random water stone and suddenly found himself once again quite large, but now with a tail and fins oddly reminiscent of a Vaporeon... Needless to say, he's rather surprised and confused by this turn of events.

This was largely meant as a picture for me to practice drawing a feral-form Pokemon from the side again and to exercise those creativity muscles in coming up with what an Arcanine might look like with some water like features.

I'm so-so on this picture... I actually quite like how the linework and textures came out, but I'm not sure how I really feel about the water type features and the colors. I wanted to keep him clearly an Arcanine and maintain the all-important fluffiness of the Arcanine while also introducing the more water type features like the fins and more curvy stripes.

I also created an alt color version, but I didn't really like how the colors came out. I'll post it in scraps and link to it if anyone would like to see it and offer critique.
