Hello all. Recently I found and subsequently became smitten with Dropfleet Commander. Specifically the ships of the UCM, (United Colonies of Mankind) So I got myself the UCM starter fleet for, despite my brothers attempts to derail my efforts, I completed them within a week.
So here we have the first of my leet the UCMS Midway.
The Midway is a class known as a Fleet carrier. It is Basically an aircraft carrier built from the standard Cruiser frame.
It is currently my favorite in this tiny fleet.
And yes....I may have been inspired by the original series Glactica for the fleet colors.

Aw, thanks. Unfortunately I don't have the money at the moment. Not for something I'll in all likelihood never get to play.
I should probably paint my Firestorm Armada fleet instead. That one I already have, and although I'll probably never play it again, at least I have played it.
But yeah, the grey does look good. And the red makes for a very good contrast.
