Anybody with a chan suffix in their name is a weaboo. And not the semi-respectable kind who can actually speak Japanese and likes decent anime like Lupin III and Trigun, no, those people are just plain old anime fans.
No, a person who unironically uses a -chan suffix in their name is likely to be one of those weaboos who stuffs their fat face with pocky and cup ramen while yelling incredibly broken Japanese (SO KAWAII DESU NE). They also watch shitty anime like Bleach and Naruto. About the extent of their anime knowledge is "whatever is dubbed and shown on Cartoon Network", while they're unaware of anime that's actually considered culturally significant. But, the most hilarious aspect of a weaboo is the mindset. Japan is an openly racist country, and they hate Americans. Yet, there exist weaboos who believe they can move to Japan, despite not speaking a lick of Japanese, find a Japanese partner and have Japanese children. They also believe that Japan is like anime mecca. As a person who actually knows Japanese people, I can say otherwise. Sure, there are dedicated anime channels over there, but that's about it. They hardly ever repeat the shows you actually want to watch, and there are a lot of anime that is yet to get a full release on DVD. Even if a show DOES have a full release on DVD, it is likely that a 2-episode volume of a show will set you back circa 3000 yen (around $30 US). Luxury goods are fucking expensive in Japan.
But, before I go on a 300-page, novel sized tangent, Rina-Chan is a delusional weaboo who believes that everyone should like her.

Oh those crazy Japanese.
You know what else is an openly racist country? Iceland. At least, amongst the younger generation, primarily 13-30.
I go to the place a few times every year, and because I actually am Icelandic (Icelandic-Amurrican wut), they confide in me about how they "hate those stupid fucking fat americans coming here and buying stuff because the economy is crap"
It feels terrible to listen to it when I felt that the country was an idyllic place when I was younger. There is also a LOT of anti-semitism amongst the younger folks, I'll just be walking along and the kids will be talking about "those greedy ass hooknoses" and other fun stuff like that.
