Born in the same town as Sharon and Tyrone, 27-year-old Iris has been living in the same neighborhood as and has been friends with the two since childhood. Iris runs a boating rental store known as Loon Lake Boating Rentals, where others could rent boats to use in the lakes in the Adirondacks. However, in the snowy months, it gets too cold for boat rentals, as the lakes get too icy and cold for boats to move around, meaning that there isn't really any point for Iris to work at the boat rental shop. So to make up for it, during the colder months, Loon Lake Boating Rentals becomes closed until the weather gets warmer and better, and Iris works at Moose Mountain Gift Shop instead, working alongside her old friends Sharon and Tyrone.
