You have to admire how balls-to-the-wall insane this guy is. I used to hate him and, even when I started to like him, my approval was very hard won. I think I was over 100 episodes in before I admitted "Yeah, ok. He's pretty cool."

In all honesty, I don't like this picture much. I've been trying to do high quality redraws of screenshots from the anime (not sketched!) as practice and, despite how many times I redid the sketch for this, I'm still not all that sold on it. The head angle is really weird.

But, whatever. I'll chalk it up to experience.

I'll be doing fanart without a straight redraw from now on. I'm aware I need to practice head angles though. Yeesh.
