I went to the zoo the other day with a newly found fur, Morticon. We had a good time seeing all of the stuff this zoo had to offer - it was quite surprising really. Morticon got licked a time or two and I got hit in the head by a low flying bird, but that only added to the fun!

Just glancing through your shots, I saw the thumb for this one and instantly knew it was Lowry Park. Pretty cool Zoo, been there numerous times. A shame the Tigers aren't on view anymore, hoping they'll bring them back sometime in the near future. I think they had some troubles with them getting out from memory. But they seemed to be doing some work on the enclosure, so we'll see what happens I guess.
Oh weird! I was just there about a month ago and everything seemed okay. Granted the whites weren't there, but they did have two other tigers milling about. I hope they didn't get out. :X I do like that zoo, so hopefully they get it all back up and running. I did hear thier vet is rather questionable though. :/
