Donny had a serious talk with Yenri about how life was just kicking his butt and he needed a break. Not just a vacation from his responsibilities... a vacation from being himself. He wanted to just forget who he was for a while to give himself a mental reboot.
Yenri got to thinking and decided that they should have a pokemon adventure together... but what to have him be.... He did once say that he liked Meloetta. A small, frail looking (slightly feminine) pokémon, who could still get pretty strong. He never was a good singer, but Yenri was sure that he would figure it out quick enough.

Opening the box, Donny finds what he thinks is just a set of Meloetta styled headphones, which is really neat because he just broke his normal headphones. Once they were on his head something instantly felt off. No sooner did he have that thought, did the changes start. He fells a little light headed, and didn't notice that he was shrinking a lot. Soon he was only a couple feet tall. Meloetta's music note hair sprouted from the headphones and wrapped around him tight. It squeezed and reshaped him.

The new meloetta stood there, confused. It recognized the room it was in, but it was unsure why. It couldn't remember what it's name was.... did it have a name? It had never had a trainer... so I guess it just calls it's by what it is... "Mel... meloetta?"

Lucky for Meloetta, it won't be trainerless for long.
