This is beautiful! From the subtle sparkle effects on the sand, to the detailed character designs (and those gradient changes!), to the fun/exotic buildings in the background... is that also a hot air balloon or a beach ball I see bouncing around? :) I kind of wish there was a high res version of this to stare at, hehe. Fabulous work as usual!
