Mala Botha, aka Big Papa is the leader of the Botha mafia. He's a flamboyant guy that loves bright colors so all his suits are vibrant and fabulous. He owns the biggest casino in the city as well as a couple race tracks and in the backroom he runs a little loan shark business. He sucks these poor saps dry from their hard earned money. And owning places where people gamble only makes things easier. Don't ever owe this man money though. He'll literally take your arm AND leg as payment. His feathery cape thing is real, his cuff links are real canines, and his cane is made of ivory. He's just suuuuper fashionable. AND he's a fun guy! He's ruthless but he's also the kind of guy you want at any party. Just don't got on his bad side ;3
