History:
Brakk / brakkwani traveled around the lands as his ways crossed with a master magician. The name was Vincent Frontiers, an elderly somewhat grumpy Dragon from a noble house who had made himself a name from several breakthroughs in various fields of magical studies.
Brakk who wanted to learn more about magic, especially in the fields of shapeshifting called that meeting fate and offered to become the Dragon's assistant for all sorts of needs. While firstly frowned upon, Vince decided to take Brakk under his wing, considering that the young lad could make an interesting specimen to not only serve him in various ways but also become part of the Dragon's personal sadistic amusement.
Not going into detail on what Brakk did have to endure while he began to work and study under Vince's order, the aspiring shapershifter settled into one of the several estates that Vince had bought from his personal fortunes. The house in question a few miles located from the big city of Triepeaks where several of his investors' financial support for his studies came from.
The place, while big enough to hold festivities at, rarely saw visitors as Vince didn't like it much to converse with the folks he grumbled over as 'newtimers', people who were more and more interested into the researches of science instead of magic, even going so far as wanting to combine them, which usually felt more like rotten decline of the arts to the Dragon.
Brakk was a bit weirded out at times by how Vince stored things like corpses and hunting trophies from his travels into unknown countries. All things that the Frontier clan supposedly still had from times when folks weren't friendly neighbors like nowadays. Though such apparently helped out in creating all sorts of potions that they developed and made them stand out magicians.
The time passed and Brakk became a talented magician under the lectures of his master. Shapeshifting is what brought him much fun whenever Vince was out of the house. At the time Brakk also found various friends in Triepeaks.
The city itself went through a major economic growth at the time. More and more the cityscape started to get new suburbs added to accommodate the steady growth of population, all thanks to the industry's successes in the studies of scientific fields.
Vince couldn't stand it more and more that his investors one after another seemed to lose interest in his studies, not to mention that random families now even moved closer and closer to his house as constructions finally closed into such southern regions of Tide Grove soon.
One day, Vince just had enough and told Brakk that he was through with it all. Cold and with much distaste in how things were developing, he said he'd rather spend his remaining days somewhere in the Eastern hemisphere of the world where people couldn't wake his distaste any longer.
With that, the Dragon left his assistant with the estate, telling him that he could keep it as long as he'd not try and to come find him anytime in the future. Brakk took the gift and since then started living at the large house on his own, later to be accompanied by two of the friends he had made.
Just like the city, the house went through a few renovations, changing from a dark and gloomy to a friendlier appearance. While Brakk was enjoying to have learned magic he wasn't aspiring to become a magic researcher himself.
The two friends who he had taken in also happened to plan to go out into the world to travel which lead to that aside from Brakk following daily duties downtown nowadays to feel a little lethargic whenever he came home to not have any company there. He'd rather go out and see who he'd meet there, more often staying at friends' places to have company.
Then he met a happy little Dile named Shiny one day. There was something about the jolly Totodile that made him want to use his shapeshifting arts to show off and entertain the lil fella.
The both of them became friends quickly and from that time on met up now and then to play and talk. Brakk showed Shiny many tricks and also invited him to his house which to his personal embarrassment wasn't as greatly taken care of as it was when Brakk worked under Vince yet.
Shiny who was eager to help out and used to keep his own place tidy on his own and learned a lot about various household duties at his school courses, supported Brakk in getting everything to look neat again which made Brakk feel even closer to his little Totodude at the time.
With more months spent together, Brakk finally got the idea to use some of the funds that Vince had left him with to change up and renovate the house's attic, so that Shiny could live there. The other rooms at the house still kept reserved for when his other friends might come back to move in again and the laboratory items from the attic to be stored at other places in the house like the attic. Soon enough the new living place for Shiny got completed and Shiny got introduced to the wonderful surprise with a lot of happy hugs shared.

As you guys see, Shiny is a really lucky Totodile. His room has a bunch of space, several times bigger than what he was used to when he lived in a wooden hut a few minutes to the south of Brakk's place. And that space does make great for Shiny to invite people to or to prep a fun party with many balloons as well as other happy tales.
He's very grateful to Brakk and gladly keeps everything neat and tidy always (even though it also often happens that his dudes interrupt him and snap their magic fingers to take care of Shiny's home duties so that the Totodude can spend more time with them again) and is glad to support Brakk with things like cooking or the garden, too. ^_^
In short: Brakk transformed the attic from a dusty lab chamber into a dream of a bedroom and that's where you guys can come to when you hang out with Shiny around the house for something like a sleepover or party for example. ♥
I worked on this for a few days from the sketch I made a while ago. As you can see by the featured images behind the links above, I actually went so far to try and rebuild the house from my imagination with the editing modes inside "The Sims 3". The way everything looks and how I designed it is based of the RPs I lead with Brakk and other people at the time mainly.
Tried my best to make it look as believable and easy to grasp as I could with my limited abilities. Part of it was trying to figure out measurements for everything and guess how an actual anthro Dragon might have worked there before. Of course the room must have been more cramped for somebody like Vince, especially when he got a bunch of furniture and materials for his magical studies and experiments there but for Shiny it's pretty large (not for just him, really. I'd love to have such a big room myself, hehe. X3) and there is enough space to let most of Shiny's dudes enter which was especially important to me.
So yeah, the angles for the openable windows and the grid and descriptive bubbles excluded, there you have a floor plan for Shiny's room. I hope you enjoy the view at everything. I definitely had fun as usual to add this one as a new reference for later projects.
And not gonna lie, if I ever find somebody who could draw me scenic room arts of this place (sorta like backgrounds from a cartoon show) or could even make something like a 3D space of it in the future yet, I'd happily go for that, too. All great when I get to share Shiny's world more with everybody and make it all easier to take in. =D

Ah, yes. There are quite some cool ones there. Shiny received a cool Big G (Godzilla) plushie that is about his size from his big dude Hanugumo once. Shiny sometimes likes playing sumo with him and recreates scenes from the TV shows he likes to watch.
He collected quite some merchendise from such things as he was lucky enough to meet his idol personally when he was there to promote a new movie at the time. Shiny got the movie poster signed and also got a photo poster that is located above his desk on the left side of the room. ^_^

Shiny does like video games but he doesn't play them that often. Brakk gifted him a red Funtendo console (basically a Nintendo 3DS but here I call them Funtendo) and Shiny got to play that with a few other dudes. Brakk is the one in the house who is playing more often than Shiny. He has his consoles both hooked up at his own room and the living room.
When Shiny plays games then most likely at the arcade downtown in the shopping center.
Overall though does Shiny more likely to read story books, plays with toys or goes outside to play. He isn't really somebody you could call a shut-in. He loves to go explore and such. ^_^

Really, to Shiny Lockjaw and all of Shiny's dudes are welcome to come over anytime. It's just that Shiny usually should ask Brakk first if it's okay for him to have guests at certain times. When Brakk is out for a job at the city's broadcasting station then Shiny is free to have guests of course. X3
Anything else in here that you found especially interesting, Luke?

Ah, the various Totodile toys were gifts that Shiny received before:
-on the bed there is a teddy-sized Totodile by Lockjaw actually
-Brakk got a Totodile plush version of himself to put on Shiny's bed as a welcoming gift to when Shiny moved in
-Hanugumo the Wargreymon gifted Shiny a 2ft tall Shiny plushie with fitting neckerchief
-Makishi gifted Shiny a large inflatable Totodile version of himself which also came with an oversized neckerchief
There actually are a bunch of more toys than displayed here. Some sit in the shelves and some of Shiny's toys are inside the toy chest.
I recommend the link for the wall sketches to get an idea how the shelves, desk and such look like. ;3

The Totodile on the pillow is the teddysized one. The one at the end of the bed actually wears the same jacket that Brakk loves so much. I 'pixel-arted' that in. XP

And Shiny treasures it always. It's just like the balloons that Shiny hands out at the first meeting with a dude. It might be that such float away or deflate at some point but it's a symbolic thingie that is there to share a smile right away. ^_^
Makes me think: I wonder how often Shiny already attempted to cover the floor inside this room with balloons, hehe? X3

It's the least I can try to do. People are so friendly by spending time online and sharing their ideas with me.
Some people get depressed over so many things and that's a shame because it's actually so easy to give attention to the little things that all can be wonderful. When somebody writes for example " *(enter name here) gives Shiny a balloon* then I treat that just as that they for real came over to hand me a balloon for Shiny. The lil guy is happy anyways and I appreciate the thought. It doesn't take much to think of such things and they are lovely nontheless.
That's actually also why Shiny always hands a balloon out to everybody as his personal sign of dudeship after he introduced himself. He likes to share a smile with everybody. X3
Anything here by the way that you had a question about, MC? ^_^

You, my friend are a beacon of optimism, did anyone ever tell you that? You make anyone you run into feel good no matter what's happening with them. It's no wonder you've got so many friends...I feel like making something in your honor!
Questions, huh? I dunno, I suppose: do you invite anyone over to your pad often?

Aww, that praise honors me lots, MC. I hope I can keep that opinion of yourse upright. It's fun to share happiness. ^_^
Shiny does indeed anjoy to have people over but he spends so much time outside the house that it's usually more likely that people spend time with him downtown or over at their places. If Shiny for example treats the plants in his garden with some water from his snout fountain ( Watergun - Pokémon move ) and at the time somebody enters the garden he of course is happy to invite them inside.
Otherwise he usually asks Brakk first since it's Brakk's place firstly. =3
Shiny does indeed anjoy to have people over but he spends so much time outside the house that it's usually more likely that people spend time with him downtown or over at their places. Kenny, that house belongs to Brakk. How do you expect that you get a room for yourself in somebody else's house? Afterall, you live with your parents and siblings. That's what you told me. X3
But don't fret. you're always welcome to come for a sleepover. You could even bring your younger brothers and sisters if Brakk allows it. There is plenty of space and we even got a guest bed in the walk-in cabinet that can be used if somebody asks for it. =3

Why asking Mr. Patch yourself, Kimi. Didn't you say he's your dude, too? (~.=.o)
And yes, I sure do love stars a lot! They are pretty! I actually got a small telescope in my possession that I can take out and put in front of my windows to look at the actual stars, too. =D

That's true. It's comparable to one of those sizable floor apartments. It becomes especially apparent when one compares the small Totodile's size to everything else. The place belonged to someone who was wealthy and wo researched at the place and turning that all into an area to live at is quite the change. It's good though that there is always a lot of space for guests that way and people get to have fun together in that house, something that didn't happen as much before the change. =3
That's amazingly detailed, far better than I probably would make.
I usually don't do much thinking of how Rob's house is laid out, it's based on the memories of my old house when I was like 7-8 years old and how it was laid out. I guess you can kinda see some of the details in a few of my more recent pictures with the tan walls and carpet. A lot of the older art from around 2014 is based off my previous house before I moved into my apartment and is pretty accurate to my room around that time I drew the picture.

Happy you enjoy it, Rob. I personally tink it's cool to get some sort of an idea how a place might be laid out from the usage of many scenic shots. In TV shows like cartoons you sometimes see buildings from the outside and then like parts of a room as a backdrop and with the more scenes added the more you have an idea of how it would be to visit it.
I'm sure it would be interesting to see what rooms your place had and in which way it does has its own charm to you. ^_^

It definitely takes some time to work all the details out when doing such things. Nothing to force yourself into on a whim. =3
Anyways, if there is anything on this plan that makes you wonder or intruiges you, I am always there to reply to questions. ^_^

His belongings consist mostly of friendly gifts that he received over time. Whenever I RP with people I tend to take notice of items that pop up. It also includes memorials collected during various tales that can be found in form of art submissions by artists who included Shiny. All the things given by the community add to his world and personality.
Shiny is a happy Totodile and also a happy lil boy who can enjoy playing around with his treasured belongings and share them also with people that visit him. While he of course loves toys, he sometimes also receives other things like accessories or practical items. It all depends on each individual person's ideas, really. But even if it's as simple as receiving hugs and cuddles, the lil fella appreciates it all. ^_^

If somebody else made it you usually should add their name as a link to their online profile on your FA page and credit them that way, Brandon. Simply because of good manners so that other people can view more of their pixel art online.
Must admit what caught my attention with your new avatar are the apparent white borders in the upper left corner. It looks like if somebody didn't crop it properly when they tried to make it into an avatar, you see.

Yeah I see, I'll try to find a link to their DA or FA. I honestly don't know what they have. Also it's not Pixel art. I did need to make the image smaller to 100 x 100 to even get it to work. Thanks for advice though man, I will um get their DA or FA (Still not sure) and give them credit for the art :3.
Oh, you shrunk it down yourself, you say? That looks....quite impressive though. You say that it's not pixel art but the way how the outlines and the shading are done is pretty much keen to how people professionally do pixel arts on a 32 to 64 bit level. =3
Yeah I can really see that now :3. And yes the person who made it is amazing at art and I wish I could get something else from them as well. I did also find their account and put it in my description. And yeah I shrunk it down. Took me a long time. Glad you enjoy their art though :3
You're surely not the only one, Brennan. This place is comparable to a whole one-floor apartment. Shiny got very lucky that Brakk offered him to live there. His previous home consisted basically of a square one room wooden hut near a pond, with a small storage below and a lil outhouse closeby. Shiny doesn't need that much space for himself but it usually made it difficult like that to invite anybody over properly. X3
I wrote down the history of Brakk's house and the neighborhood into the description in case you might be wondering why exactly the place is as big as it is. =3

Hehe, well, the furniture got built by Brakk and some pconstructors and I think they'd have located any spells or curses by Vince if he'd ever had some left inside his house. I wouldn't assume that beyond changing Brakk into various things and teasing him in some rather awful ways that the Dragon was the kind to use his magic to haunt the place. That wasn't his style.
Outside that the wardrobes were newly installed later, there still is one item in there that definitely does have magic put on it, I admit. Namely, it's that big wooden toy chest near the stairs. Shiny himself does have friends in the realm of toys, meaning a bunch of Toyfurs and him see eachother now and then.
Their magic, called Toymancy, invokes not only their synthetic bodies with life but they can summon toys and do a bunch of srts in form of transformations and other sorts of tricks. One of them is 'toy travel', a spell that can make them find places that contain laughter and that connect to people who have potential or were affected by toymancy.
Since that Shiny is a toymancer adept, people just use his toy chest in his room as a gate to move from the toy realm over to his place in the Furra dimension (Furra is a connection of the words Terra, meaning earth, and Fur; the world of Furs so-to-say) and vice versa.
It's always a fun surprise when Shiny gets visited by one or several members of the living Toy kind and invited to come to their place. They just jump inside the chest and off to some fun vacation they are. Shiny enjoys it lots to help them out when they have any errands for him to run or when he can learn something new to amuse people with. =D

Aww, that's sweet, Scamno. Happy that it makes you feel inspired. =3
If you check te links above you'll see that I basically already tried to build the whole house in "The Sims 3" before. Though you can't really make all the room's dimensions and interior properly in that. Not sure how it goes for something like "Roblox" and "Minecraft" in that regard.

I'd say the sims has the best intricacy out of those three, Roblox being a solid second with more intricate movement and block meshs, but i'd have to build MEGA scale in minecraft for the right detail. So it's pick and choose then. but this HAS made me want to draw up my own building floor plans! I have a few interesting houses~ ...i mean of course, if you're okay with me doing that.
