At least he's smart enough not to be another one of those damn ricers.
According to Ryan, ricers are the reason why Japanese sport compacts (especially Hondas, his favorite manufacturer) get so much disrespect by American car enthusiasts.
Nothing pisses him off more than seeing a 90's Civic 5 door with giant rims, an oversized spoiler, "fart pipe" exhaust, and other stupid modifications thundering down neighborhood streets in the middle of the night, bass rumbling, only to stall out when it tries to race a stock sports car at a green light.
Of course, having some redneck bastard mock his $500K modified NSX-R GT with something like "I use more torque to take the lugnuts off my truck than your little piece of shit cranks out" doesn't please him either.
