What is this? Camble uploaded something for once after months of silence? I guess I doodled this as a self vent, it kinda helped for some reason.
I thought I submit it here anyway as kind of a journal at the same time.. Over all it's something that explains itself. I rarely submit art because I haven't finished most of it! Out of those 2578 files probably only 250 have been published or shared as a sketch or finished piece. This is 11 years of digital artwork in that folder right there!
So what the heck is going on?
Well I am a very slow artist. This is my biggest problem in my eyes.. I can spend a whole day on a sketch and still not be done.. I am not sure what it is?.. I have spent the last 3 years trying to speed up but I just haven't at all.. It is truly frustrating to me.. Can also really demotivate me to finish it because I spent so much time on that messy sketch.
I don't end up deciding what the final image should look like, wherever it is a painting or cell shaded, I feel burned out by it because I start feeling unsure if this pictures idea is worth the effort of finishing. This is a huge deal.. I am often afraid to draw around others, it is like a form of stage fright it feels like. My slowness in art has made me rather self conscious about it. When I did a life drawing class at University recently, a guy fresh out of highschool next to me sketches out his pose in way more detail then I could have accomplished in the 10 minutes we were given compared to my fairly proportional sketchy thing of a pose. I am not being ungreatful, just gave me more of a wake up call, I will say good on him for what he has accomplished at his age!
I have had my first week of university studying product design, a lot of drawing and 3D involved this first semester, Lets just hope it can teach an old dog new tricks. (even though I am not old.) That's it for the venting part..
In the end, I do have a few pieces I do want to finish. I would like to get some impute on how I should finish them off I was thinking of twitter GalacticMagpie I will upload a sketch and make a poll based on it etc. I do want to improve, I want to build new characters and environments and make art that isn't just another drawing of my fursona. I want to enjoy doing art again.
I want to learn more from others on how they work so fast observe how they draw!
If you made it this far in this, thank you, you really didn't have to read all my warbling here, I really appreciate it!

If it's just the plastic that broke off and the pins are still intact, (Not bent) you can still connect it, just be very careful and copy all the contents to a new drive. Just remember the silver clip on the sata cable must be facing upwards (Sticker side of the drive) :>
