Kitsune-no-ko-wahojiro means "A fox cub, like its parent-fox, has a white face"
It is a Japanese phase used when one bares a striking resemblance to one's parent.
This gorgeous work of art was NOT done by me. It was done by an amazingly talented artist I met randomly on Furcadia. I had a few minutes between moving and had doodled something really quick for them just out of boredom... and then they returned the favor tenfold. They were kind enough to draw my kitsune character in a very traditional Japanese style, taking some artistic liberties for her coloring. But frankly, Im so happy with this and her color scheme Im giggling like an idiot. Indeed, I think I may have to change Hikari's feral markings to thus.
