some best vigilantes movies some pretty smart like all scan portable police scanner ,or some sorta device that pick on on police communications *thinking pose * in dark man 2 and 3 he rig a part of a subway cart part make his own transportation in the subway system witch also had hacked into the subway com system so he didnt hit one the other subways and piggy back on the electric grid for his usage same can be said for the TMNT ,

also there few viglante if creative enough like darkman and few other they could find a spot out hidden turn into their lair one just got use there imagination hehehe a forgotten subway system like tmnt and mimic they show like place like new york there always something hidden in in a big city also ware house and and other place you be suprise some place that are big and forgoten by people

( one time i actual found a old train depot that was huge in woods tree gre around and hidden it was so huge you could fit 3 dumptruck in it )
