I follow a Youtuber called Pixielocks (And if you like kawaii, party kei, fairy kei etc. you totally should too. I credit her entirely for unlocking my inner rainbow child!) and she put up a post this morning about how she's not allowed to use the onsen at the resort she's at in Japan because of her tattoos and it made me giggle. I did some research about why and it turns out the Japanese are funny about tattoos because they assume it means you're in a gang or something (we have a kinda similar problem in the UK. Tattoos are still linked with prison in a lot of places) but, considering just how cute Jillian is, I had to draw her as some sort of magical girl thug!
