Hey everyone. I have a HUGE problem I'm trying to solve:
I need $2,564 to pay down my old student loans or I may risk losing everything I have.

- What's happened:
My Father has been fighting a legal battle for a number of years that, if won, originally would have cleared my student debt as one of several possitive effects.
So while waiting for the litigation (which has taken years and not the original months expected), the loans were left untouched, and no deferments or payments were made. Now the oposition has stalled long enough to use the now defaulted student loans against me and my family in court. Our legal team has negotiated with collections, and if $5000 can be paid down (of the $81,000+ debt), the status of the loan will change, removing it as a mark against the case. A case that, if won, will result in not only result in the debt being negated, but a massive winfall that would help me, my wife, and our family in a way that would take massive financial obligations off of our lives. We've already contacted our relatives and close friends and have managed nearly half. So it's time to get desperate and ask fans for help.

If we can't get the remaining funds together by Friday the 22nd, my father stands to lose everything. This has already cost him his home and 3+ years of his life, and if we lose, I don't know what will become of him or my wife and I. This is our last push to make it. My Dad says he feels God has a purpose for all this, and he's been hanging on for so long. I know it's a total shot in the dark, but I'm hoping for the best in all of this.
