I thought it would be neat to draw Dawn and Dusk as an anthro
I dunno what they're doing... checking out that hoof it seems

Two heads on one body that survived to maturity would essentially have to govern the shared body through congress. very little could be done without agreement.
however that would include compromised agreement where one mind yields to an activity it does not wish to do yet understands their counterpart may desire so greatly as to offset their own disinterest. in some encounters this may be something as simple as eating Broccoli - simple solution, "you eat the broccoli - but if I get so much as one broccoli burp, I am vomiting on your neck." this environment suddenly has me wondering if Dawn could deliberately hold it in to force Dusk to release the pressures... sisters can be so mean to each other.
secondly it wouldn't be all that dis-similar to your subconscious finding someone attractive that you can nit stand, your body would do it's thing and you would likely find it annoying and inconvenient while that happens, but you can't stop it from happening. you may become angry with yourself for it, but those are basic drives and you would likely need to fulfill them eventually, but perhaps not exactly how your subconscious or counterpart would intend - Compromise ladies. Again I can see Dawn running with a fantasy all day and the situation just getting worse while Dusk is trying to get her work done.
and lastly while both heads would have input and feedback throughout the body, it is very possible that each head may be wired in to certain areas more or less strongly. ie connected to more or fewer nerve endings. meaning one may find some activities more painful or pleasurable than the other. and as pain and pleasure are tied heavily to perception, which is why foreplay is so very important as to not overload a nerve center and have it perceived as pain, past psychological encounters and internalized fetishes could dramaticly alter the enjoyment of shared input for the pair of them.
it's a big ol' complex case of "Your Body Betrays You". and it's wonderful.
similarly something about this picture, I see this as the two girls have been exploring themselves, previously always with their proper hand, perhaps they just finished a rather intense session and one of them pauses, looks to the other and asks, "what if we used the hoof-hand?", "No, that's disgusting!" there is a pause for a but, and then "but think about it..." this is followed by some surprisingly well thought out arguments and some creative uses no being has ever contemplated before, and with those thoughts the two sisters stare in awe, not at the hoofed appendage, but rather at all the possibilities and wonder it holds within it.
There is no shame in the journey to explore and know your own body, or your own self. This is doubly important if you have to share yourself with another so that they may know you as well. otherwise you spend your whole life hiding yourself as a prisoner within your own mind.
