So one of the things I saved my money for at Furnal Equinox was to get a kick ass picture of "Muzzle of Silver", commonly known as Muzz, my Bard/Warlock sailor Tabaxi, after some recent adventures had seen some huge improvements in hir life. After saving a dragon turtle from boneclaws in Chult, and helping the team take down a much stronger cleric-turned-warlock behind the attacks, enough money was raised to help update the ship Muzz had 'commandeered' from ex-pirates during a bounty run. As shi was now a full blown captain of a mercantile ship, shi felt shi had to look the part. And boy howdy did shi look the part...
As a result, I got this piece lovingly (and painfully!) crafted by
maxblackrabbit at the con as a gift for Ciraeon, our Sunday GM. Something to look at and hopefully be as inspired as I am when I see hir.
Facts:
- Shi is holding an Ioun Stone of Leadership
- Hir cloak is a gateway to the Elemental Plane of Water
- Hir Concertina ('Squeeze box') has daily spells it can cast, one of them being 'Shilleleagh' for hir belaying pin.
- The book is the Tome of the Unknown Squid Goddess, who as hir patron helped rescue Muzz from the realm of Hell by guiding hir to meet hir allies and find the way out.
- The squid cloak clasp also represents hir patron, and represent the sea which has captured hir heart and soul.
- Shi loves stinky fish and black coffee.

When I read the name 'Muzzle of Silver' I thought 'oh maybe she has some silver teeth, like maybe the canine-teeth!' [feels weird to say canine teeth in relation to a cat. >__> ]
But then I realized, oh just the fur around the muzzle is probably silvery. Haha
Anyway, cool pirate. :>
Surprising to see a non-multi-limbed character in your gallery, but I know that sort of thing probably wouldn't really fly in a D&D game.

Funny thing, I have a friend playing an anthropomorphic displacer beast in another campaign I'm in. No 'extra attack' but does have advantage for grapples and an extra interaction for weapon swapping. It's nice. :)

Why can't you play her any longer? Was she killed? Or is the campaign she was in.. over..? Or, disbanded I guess?
But hmm, that doesn't mean you can't make another character like her, right? Re-use the idea? Play as a daughter of her who is very similar?

The campaign I had hir in petered out, sadly. Trust me, I'm always starved for D&D games. I have a problem that my Friday games - real stress relievers - are going away for the holidays. The GMs are petering out too. This year just is sucking the energy from everyone.
