By 'ever expanding', I don't mean her boobs keep growing. I mean she keeps getting new implants, and getting her saline expanders overfilled till they can't take another cc, then getting another set of new implants.
She's got over a hundred grand invested in her breasts, they're literally more than half her body weight at this point, and she's still planning the next round.
She does an awful lot of back exercises, and considers the effort well worth it!
I especially like how malificus FicusArt nailed her figure. She's a very skinny girl under those Bulgarian airbags.

It's more that volume is a bitch. Doubling the volume of her implants would make her 77% saline by weight, but only make her breasts about four inches wider each. She'd still be able to wear the same shirt.
It would also be 265 pounds of saline. And while it might be possible to stand up with that - after all, there are people who are 300 pounds overweight who do okay - balance would be a real problem, and that's not even considering 'will her skin hold up'. I'd rather not consider that, truthfully!
