So, me and a few mates got together to play a few games the other day and, as there's six of us, we bought 2 xbox's. The difference? Mine has a 120g HDD installed in it and is latest gen, where my mates was first gen (aka, his RRoD's easier than mine does). Thankfully I have a different HDD, but that was a good five minutes of screwing around that I never want to have to do again. The upside? It motivated me to do what I'd been wanting to do for a while, customise my 360 ^-^
