Custom adopt for 
skittyfurb (on da) to go along with an adopt they bought from me! They wanted a TV head creature to be a 'master' of sorts for a draconic tv head monster I did earlier that they purchased from me, so I did exactly that!!!
Ngl I love me some kinda cyborg-y TV-Heads, they're fun to do, esp with these bright color combos! C:
