This is an octat. It's a cross between a bat, and an octopus. They have several abilities of both animals. Lungs and gills and it's large ears are suitable for it's echolocation and sonar. The octat has great vision, both in water and out. Most of it's body is smooth, with it's head and ears mostly covered in fur.
