Matchlock musket RBG stock.
An infinished stock for a matchlock musket RBG. (Rubber Band Gun)
I painted this thing for a stage prop a few years ago, figuring I could just strip the paint off for staining and varnishing if I ever got around to working on it again.
Now the damned acryllic paint is digging in and refusing to be removed easily.
Since I now have an order for two muskets, I'm beginning to think I'd be better off just using this one for a pattern and cutting two new stocks.
It would probably be less work that stripping this one is turning out to be.
