Stuff works for a short while on me...I've only had maybe 3 and I maybe get four hours of energy outta it then it peters off real fast

Well it's not like Monster and Redbull where it is loaded with sugar and ton of caffeine and ginseng to cram you full of stimulants, you should really eat along with it because it is designed to help your body effectively make energy. So if you don't have anything to make energy with it's just going to make you putter out.
It's essentially a soda-like form of Redline (same people make them both)

Oh goodness, I don't ingest the stuff solo! I take them at work. With lunch. In hopes I can get another six hours of energy out of it. I work to Amazon. And ten hour shifts aren't kind

I have seen people chug down a good 10 monsters a day so sometimes there is nothing quite like a good diet and sleep.

My dear, my diet is better then most. Sleep on the other hand. Has eluded me, for far, far to long. I have not had a solid nights rest, since November, of 2017
