This is Krysta Wolfe, an officer in a military organization (that I have yet to name). She's standing outside of an airlock (as can be evidenced by the words "air lock" in the background) looking at, apparently, a guy holding a camera (or yourself--let your imagination decide, I guess). As you can see, she has a large network of scars criss-crossing her face.

...actually, a funny story dealing with this picture: I showed my cousin, and she said that I was making fun of cats by giving this one human features. At first I didn't get it, but then I noticed that she was reading Mark Twain. Brilliant observation.
