It's never enough to suddenly be a balloon. There always seems to be some sentient hose around looking to tie you up and puff you even more! I'm gonna get bottom heavy like this!

But anyway, CUTENESS! Been wanting to commission this artist for a while considering they draw some super cute balloony stuff! Aaand I really like this hose constriction idea. >w> Balloon squish makes it even cuterrrrr. <3 Plus, you know, puffing out on either end because that air has to go somewhere. :3c
