Comes from a rich family, hence her keen business savvy and aristocratic flair, yet humble about her wealth/background. Loving, but tough. Doesn't hesitate to use her feminine wiles to get a job done or stay ahead. Confident and mischievous. Extremely protective towards her bar and (most of) its customers. Fond of dark chocolate and sangria.
