This is the other species I've been considering for my steampunk doctor. She'll probably be far crazier as a hyena than a rat. Still smart though. I like both species, so I can't really pick. She's a striped hyena, but it's hard to tell as just a head. I got lazier and put less detail than the rat sketch. I've also thought of doing the character as a painted dog.
