This is an inside joke, but I'm sure many of you can get the reference, at least.

In the game I'm currently doing a Let's Play on (this is not a plug), there's this motel that has two random snakes in it. It's the only place that has snakes, and they're not easy to defeat. But that's where this gag was inspired from. The character depicted is the lead role from the game.

I can pleasantly say that this turned out just how I wanted it to. That don't happen often, though, so let's see if I can find a flaw in there. Hmmm... Well, the arms might be a little too long. Or the legs, too short. One of the two.
