At first I was gonna do something new for his profile but then I decided to try to add a bit more to this work to make it look nicer. I adjusted the shadows, added a stage light, and buttoned up his undershirt a little and gave him a thin red tie. As for his bio:

Windsor is a charming, flamboyant penguin who's a young actor. Popular with the ladies and could charm men, he'd flirt with anyone as he likes to see people feel good about themselves. While he does appear to be intelligent, he can often be an airhead and a bit klutzy. Is able to read how a person really feels and would try to give advice to help others, even though his advice could be hard to understand with his proverbs that really don't make sense. He chose the path of being an actor due to finding fun being in stage and try to wow the audience with his acting skills and charm.

He's the second friend Gustav made from the group, the two have a mutual friendship with Gustav usually helping out Windsor when it comes to taking care of himself. Windsor sees him as a big brother at times and hopes to one day properly pay him back for the amount of help he gives.
