I know it's an odd thought but a skilled tailor would be quite valuable to people who either need clothes that can handle this sort of thing or be able to modify/adjust clothes after the fact for their new proportions.
The idea makes me think of the person making clothes thinking of it like a challenge they love to attempt, like making pants that won't rip when their owner suddenly gains weight after a big meal or outfits that can take the strain of a fully stuffed pred.
