Since folks seem to be back on a movesheet kick, I figured I should dust off my old one and get at least one of my more recent characters documented. First time I've had to do one for a dual-type 'mon, kinda had me wondering how to do the background of the movelist till I just said heck with it. :V
I also need to find time to organize his background into a coherent little story, so folks know more about him than just "pudgy, British, has a fast car and plays too many video games".
