With just one example its hard to tell. Is it designed to have the lower jaw cut off to make it with a moving jaw? Or was it meant to be a static jaw? All of my current equine masks have a static jaws because back when the mold they where cast off of moving jaws where not really a thing back then. My donkey was made about 15 years ago and my horse was cast off of the same mold as the donkey.
