Zotty would make for an interesting tickle target not least with him having such large scaly but sensitive feet but with his tail being sapient and just as ticklish you really are getting two victims rather than one. I do though have the odd thought of Zotty getting into a tickle fight with his own tail which would I guess be quite a sight to see though a battle which could have no real winners. He's quite adorable though if sadly it looks as though he's suffering more than Dulan here though that's perhaps again down to the tail-maw getting it as well.

Dulan is also a rather appealing tickle victim, again rather large and sensitive looking scaly feet but his bi-coloured claws are rather appealing in themselves, certainly quite pleasing to see them wiggling away so I imagine the plants will want to keep that up for quite a while. I'm sure though they're always reluctant to let a visitor go and devious enough to catch anyone whom entered the grasslands. Zotty and Dulan were probably just too enticing to resist.

Definitely! And like you mentioned, it would be fun to see Zotty having a tickle fight with his own tail. I really wonder how that would end up XD
