Tiers are based on rough payment and non-overly detailed designs. Say you pay $13 though and your character is average details, it'd be tier 3. In comparison if you pay like $3 you'd only get a half body sketch

Tier 1 - Sketch $6
Tier 2 - Colored Sketch $10
Tier 3 - Shaded Sketch $15
Tier 4 - Cel-Shaded $20
Tier 5 - Painted $25
Tier 6 - Painted w/ BG $35
