I've been really hating my art the past few days, so I tried to force myself to draw still but focus more on the process rather than worry about the outcome
and I'd say it really helped. I'm always so stressed out that it will look bad and usually because of that, it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy
so sometimes you just need to let yourself take some time to relax
