Dexx was a badge hunter in city of Villains. Every badge in the picture I had. For the refrigerator badge, you had to defeat 100 troll bosses, as a villain they only appear between level 15-20. We had 2 people on 2 accounts, a pug who thought it was power leveling, 2 other badge hunters and about 3 hours of resting the missions. It was by far the hardest badge to get.
