Things are pretty okay here. I got a free cookie today for being nice to a restaurant guy whose crew makes amazing sandwiches. Wish I could have shared it with people. It was one of those still warm and gooey chocolate chip cookies.

Ah, that sounds awesome! These are my favorite type of a cookie to be honest. Whenever I'm able to grab still gooey chocolate chip cookie from a store I'm happy!

Last year cake took me too long to eat - it took us two like 2-3 days to finish it up. So I might get a lemon meringue tart! This way I think we can eat it whole the first day, haha. Also my best friend is visiting so I think for 3 people it will be just the right amount. Maybe I should order it so I'm sure it won't be gone on that day. Their cakes rotate from time to time.
Oh! Heck I'm surprised anyone could eat a cake in three days. That's a lot of sugar although it tastes very good. A lemon meringue tart would be perfect! Grandma used to make those every Thanksgiving and Christmas when she was alive. I think you three will be able to eat those in time. :) Ah, I would definitely order the tarts ahead of time yes. If they rotate it will be harder to be able to find the tarts on a particular day I think.
We did it, haha. It wasn't a huge cake, but we didn't want to make it go to waste.

My best friend is going to arrive on sunday so I don't have to worry about picking her up by that time and worrying about not being able to pick it up. So it all went well with my plans! I'm also hoping to go for a pride walk on the saturday.
