His outit was supposed to be based on an outfit i seen stitch wear in an image on ~CoolDoggie's webcam..... sadly it was out of memory and the outfit isn't excatcly a match (the sleeves i based off of Luka's). Nuudan's outfit is like a gaint loincloth (front and back) or, and i quote "A Mayan outfit" (it does doesn't it?) the straps holds the front and back together so it won't fall off (the starps towards his groin area is... undies so he AIN'T naked underneath~ )
