If you ask me, I admire 
raikenji's artistic style and skills. High-level awesomeness. But what makes his art style look so good? Well, I decided to try it out by giving a shot of one of the references I checked out from his gallery and try to imitate the style.
The differences are noticeable when compareing his style and my style:
Rai's style:
- Smooth lines and curves
- Small eyes
- Anatomy is closer to an actual anatomy
- Slim
My style:
- Sketchy
- Larger eyes
- Anatomy not at it's best, but striveing for bigger and bigger musculature
- Trying to go for the details
I wonder if I could combine these two styles together yet keeping my style noteable and "original" amongst millions of artists there are...

Hmmmmm..... why don't mix the styles up together?
You could try to use Rai's style for smooth lines and not drawing so sketchy, and for the anatomy of the body in general, than in your own way unleashing all the mass and bigness you usually do.
Did you see the pecs? Rai's ones are more realistic while yours seem more puffing out like balloons, what if you puff them up in the realistic way?
You learn fast, I'm sure soon you'll get improved and better.

hmm you know EC combining his style and yours would be quite interesting. i've always been fond of your style over Rais mostly cause it seems more toonish then his but Rai does have some seriously epic musclework on his side. hmmm well then snap to it learn to combine them your god of dragons!
